Barden Corbar is a principal turned preservationist. Barden wears sturdy armor and always carries a few sketchbooks with him. Upon discovering the race of giants and colossi, larger even than tarans, who inhabit the massive city of the Third Deep, he called for a stop to all salvage activity. Barden doesn’t much care about the other Deeps—he’s focused on the Third Deep. This reticence to delve deeper makes him a sometimes-ally of Dalaja.
